Tim Jankowski

PGA Professional

Tim is a PGA Professional and Director of Instruction at our Florida Learning Center.  He employs a simple approach to teaching and coaching players of all ability levels to help them reach their potential. In addition to helping hundreds of everyday golfers to shoot their personal best, he has helped many junior golfers play their way onto Division I college golf teams and beyond. 

Tim was a South Florida PGA Teacher of the Year nominee and a recent finalist in Golf Digest’s list of Top 40 Instructors in America under 40.  Tim began his teaching career at Todd Sones Impact Golf School in Vernon Hills IL where he gained an understanding of how to improve a golfer’s score utilizing a holistic coaching approach. In 2014, after 15 seasons with Impact Golf, Tim moved to Southwest FL. Tim credits the success of his simplified teaching methods to working with top ranked instructors from around the country including Mike Adams, Mike Bender, Mike Shannon, Jamie Fischer, Tony Ruggiero, Wayne Flint and others. Tim is dedicated to continuing development of his own golf education through PGA and non-PGA teaching programs to understand better ways to teach and coach the game.

Craig Hicks

CPGA Professional

Craig grew up in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.  Beginning in 2004 Craig successfully competed against the best professional tour players in the world, winning nine professional tournaments, more than 55 Top Ten finishes and was named Great Lakes Tour Player of the Year.  He has been a member of the Canadian PGA Tour and has qualified to compete in Korn Ferry Tour events.  Craig developed his game with coaching from the David Leadbetter Academy and the Jim McLean Academy.  He credits that training with his knowledge of the game helping Craig create an individualized approach for each student’s golf swing.

As a coach, he believes learning and improving ways to connect and share knowledge with clients is a continuous process.  Craig’s approach to coaching is to help you better understand YOUR golf swing and to build a more reliable, consistent motion that will help you shoot lower scores and enjoy your time playing golf more. He currently works with active touring professionals, competitive collegiate and high school players as well as people just beginning their journey in golf.

Lee Puddefoot

PGA Professional

Lee has a true passion for teaching the game of golf. Lee served as Head Golf Professional at Estero Country Club at the Vines in Fort Myers, FL.

His teaching approach uses video analysis and launch monitor technology to understand your swing. Students need to be taught differently based on their faults in order to improve their motion.

Lee grew up in the small town of Newport Pagnell near London, England. He started playing golf at the age of 11, became a member of the famous Woburn Golf Club and learned to play the game under the tutelage of Master PGA Professional Luthor Blacklock.
