What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Details on cancellation fees and rescheduling policies can be found below:
*Lesson Cancellation Policy:
Payment in full is due at the time of lesson booking. Lessons that are canceled/rescheduled within 24-hours of the scheduled lesson time are subject to the full lesson fee.
Lessons that are canceled/rescheduled less than 48-hours but more than 24-hours from the scheduled lesson time are subject to a 50% rescheduling/cancellation fee.
Lessons that are canceled/rescheduled with more than 48-hours notice are not subject to any fees.
***JUNIORS that do not give us 24 hours cancellation notice will be billed at an adult rate for their unused time slot.
*Monthly and Yearly Lesson Cancellation Policy:
Monthly lesson clients that miss lessons through not scheduling lessons, no show or cancel within 24-hours of their scheduled lesson time, can attend the monthly group make-up session (max 1 per month). No unused lessons rollover.
To cancel your Yearly Lesson Membership, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Method of Cancellation: Membership cancellations must be made exclusively via email. This is to ensure a documented and timestamped record of your request. Please send your email to david@digolfacademy.com.
- Cancellation Deadline: Your cancellation request must be received before the 1st of the month prior to the month you wish to cancel. This allows adequate time for processing. Non-Acceptable Methods: We do not accept cancellations via phone call, text message, or verbal communication.
- Confirmation: Upon receiving your email, we will send a confirmation of your cancellation.
*Simulator Cancellation Policy:
If you are on a hitting membership (or a lesson package that includes a hitting membership) and do not cancel your simulator reservation OR are a no show for your simulator reservation, you will be charged a $25 no-show fee.
Refunds:
All sales are final.
